Specialties:
Needlepoint
Giving a new twist to fairly common stitches

Unicorn Sporran: Scotland’s heraldic beast worked in basketweave with silk threads and made into a sporran.

Flying Geese: Based on the quilting block, using well knows stitches and their reverse. An exercise in compensating stitches and choosing the best order of stitching.

Flame Fan: Flickering flames created using Kreinik gold and variegated Anchor stranded cotton.
Pineapple Welcome: A fun piece using only eyelets and open space to create the word Welcome. Eyelets can look like the skin of a pineapple and the pineapple is an old sign for the availability of hospitality.
